In our recreational tumbling classes, the goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches and independently to achieve those goals. We perform monthly assessments and update parents regularly on their child’s progress. Our favorite time of the month is during our Skills Evaluation Clinics, when athletes can test out of their current class by performing all necessary skills. Those who test out of the skills receive a certificate, public recognition and the opportunity to select their next class.
Our Pre-Team tumbling program is perfect for athletes ages 3-18 years who are wanting to dip their foot into competitive programming. Athletes in this program practice one day per week for two hours and will attend two local competitive tumbling meets per year. View the packet below for more details!
Our competitive tumbling team is made up of athletes ages 3 to 17. These highly motivated athletes work carefully on tumbling skills to build perfection in each area. You don’t have to be a perfect, high-level tumbler to join our team. Instead, we’re looking for kids who can’t stop tumbling everywhere they go. We want teammates who love the sport and love to learn. Our competitive tumbling team performs at five local competitions per year and practices approximately four hours per week.
Our safety-certified instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. Each class starts with a group warm up followed by stations where we use drills to teach muscle memory and flexibility to our athletes. They get one-on-one time in each and every class with an instructor working spotted skills. We always have homework (safe drills) our athletes can be working on between classes to help them achieve their goals.
