Frequently Asked Questions

How far out do I need to book?

While the event center is new, we are very familiar with hosting great events. Through our partner company, Twisters, we’ve been offering space for event rental for years. We recommend booking 6-8 weeks out to ensure you get the date and time you’re looking for.

What is included in my rental?

Included with your rental is private access to the facility for your event, a staff member to help with set up and clean up as well as any other needs you have throughout the event. Currently, restrooms are shared with Twister Sports, but this will not impede on your event in any way.

Is this for kids' events only?

Absolutely not! While we encourage rental for graduation parties, Lamplighters is designed as a facility to celebrate the largest and most exciting moments in your life, including: Baby showers, Banquets, Award ceremonies, Squadron parties, Wedding receptions and Quinceañeras.

Does my rental include anything at Twisters?

Rental of lamplighters is separate of Twisters Sports. If you’re looking to host an event at both locations, you’ll want to let our staff know so we can check availability and book the spaces separately. A waiver on file will be required for anyone who participates in an event at Twisters.

Can I bring in food or alcohol?

While our building is child-friendly, we do have a license to allow you to serve your own alcohol on the property. All alcohol must be kept exclusively within Lamplighters and consumed responsibly at all times. We do not provide or serve alcohol.

How do I book an event?

Simply click the button below to book your event appointment with us or complete the form here and we’ll call you within 24 business hours to help you book your next event. A deposit of $150 is required to book Lamplighters with a minimum of 2 hours for each rental.
