Open Tumbling Clinics Policy
Each clinic has a maximum of 10 athletes.
6 spots are reserved for Gold members. Any remaining spots will open to all athletes 2 weeks prior to the clinic.
Open tumbling clinics are 30 minutes in length. Late arrivals will not receive additional time.
Open tumbling clinics cannot be exchanged for any other service.
No-shows are not eligible for a make-up.
If your athlete is sick, please notify us as soon as possible so the spot can be offered to another athlete.
If you have a known absence, please notify the front desk at least 7 days in advance so we can open the spot.
Spots are non-transferable and require pre-registration.
Private Lesson Policy
Private lessons are reserved time with a coach and must be treated as scheduled appointments.
No-shows will not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
If you know you will be absent, you must notify the front desk at least 7 days in advance so your spot can be offered to another athlete.
Same-day illness must be reported as soon as possible. If notice is given in a timely manner, we will attempt to offer the spot as a make-up to another athlete.
Missed private lessons may be exchanged for open tumbling clinics when applicable.
All make-ups must be coordinated through the front desk. Coaches cannot schedule make-ups independently.
