Limbers Clinic

Join us for this clinic where we will focus on front and back limber skills to include: Backbend kickovers, back walkovers, front limbers, front walkovers, and back arabians! Limber skills require flexibility as well as core and upper-body strength. We will teach drills that can be accomplished at home as well as work on new skills to help athletes get closer to doing limber skills on their own!

Prerequisite: Standing Backbend & Handstand
Ages: 6+
Cost: $35 Members, $39 Non-members
