Jumps Clinic

Join us for our Jumps Clinic on Saturday, September 30, from 9:30-11 a.m.! Jumps make up about 20% of our scoresheet, but they can be challenging and require a lot of muscle memory. Practicing them with proper form is essential to an athlete’s development.

During this clinic, we’ll focus on the five drivers on the scoresheet and helping your child improve his or her jumps: Arms, Approach, Landing, Height, and Flexibility.
